How do I cancel Weight Watchers Unlimited?
Please choose one of the following options to contact us:
- Email us at cancelunlimited@weightwatchers.com.au
- Visit www.weightwatchers.com.au and clink on the “Contact Us” link located at the bottom of every webpage) and write to us using the form found in the “Weight Watchers Unlimited” link.
- Write to us at Weight Watchers - Attention: Weight Watchers Unlimited Refunds at Locked Bag, 2020 Broadway, NSW 2007 Australia or PO Box 132001, Sylvia Park, Auckland 1644 New Zealand.
Note that we cannot process cancellation requests at Meeting locations or over the telephone.
Please include the following information when you contact us to cancel:- Your name and contact information (address, telephone number and email address)
- Card ID Number (located on your Weight Watchers Unlimited card) - or, if you have not yet completed the online sign-up for Weight Watchers Unlimited, the Access Code on your Starter Voucher
- Reason for cancellation
- If entitled to a refund, please mail us any additional items as described below

When does cancellation take effect?
Your Weight Watchers Unlimited is valid for a one month period ending on the date printed on your Weight Watchers Unlimited card. Each monthly period is called a subscription month. Unless a special refund circumstance applies to you (see below), we’ll process your cancellation as follows:
- If you cancel in the first half of your subscription month, your cancellation will be effective on the end date printed on your Weight Watchers Unlimited card. Please allow us up to 3 business days to process your cancellation request.
- If you cancel in the second half of your subscription month, since you may have already been billed for your next subscription month, you may receive a new Weight Watchers Unlimited card for that month. In that case, your cancellation will be effective as of the end of your next subscription month. If you would like a refund for that month, please see below.

What is the refund policy?
- To obtain a refund, first follow the directions stated above.
- Refunds are based on subscription months and are not prorated.
- Refunds are processed as follows (except in special refund circumstances):
- There are no refunds for your current subscription month.
- If you cancel in the second half of your subscription month, since you may have already been billed for the following month, you may receive a new Weight Watchers Unlimited card for that month. In that case, to get a refund for that next subscription month, please return the new card to us (at the postal address listed above) within 7 days of receiving it.

What is a special refund circumstance?
You may also be entitled to a refund if one of the following applies to you:
- You are unable to complete your sign-up on our website within 7 days of purchase (e.g., no Internet connection, you are a nursing mother or you do not meet certain health qualifications).
- You may be entitled to a full refund for your current subscription month if:
- You purchased Weight Watchers Unlimited on our website; you cancel within 5 days of your initial Weight Watchers Unlimited online purchase (or within such other period as required by law).
- You may be entitled to a full refund minus the standard Pay As You Go meeting fee for the meeting you attended if:

You purchased a Weight Watchers Unlimited Starter Voucher in the meeting room and you are unable to complete your sign-up on our website within 7 days of purchase.
- You may be entitled to a prorated refund for the remainder of your current subscription month if one of the following circumstances applies to you:

You reach Life Time Membership status.

You become pregnant

You need to end membership due to death or disability.

You move more than 20 kilometres from a participating meeting location

Your location closes and there is no participating location within 10 kilometres of the closed location.

When/how will I get any refund I am entitled to?
- Any refund will generally be issued within 21 days after the date of receipt of your Cancellation Notification.
- Refunds will be issued via EFT or a refund to your nominated credit card. Weight Watchers does not offer cheque refunds under any circumstances.

What do I need to do to get a refund in a special refund circumstance?
If you are cancelling due to a special circumstance and would like to be considered for a refund, write to us at the address above and include the following:-
If you have not yet completed your sign-up on our website, please return your unused Weight Watchers Unlimited Starter Voucher within 7 days of your initial purchase.

In all other special refund circumstances, please return your current month’s Weight Watchers Unlimited card and, if you cancel in the second half of your subscription month, please also return the next month’s Weight Watchers Unlimited card to us when you receive it in the mail.
