Nice to meet youYou'll be greeted by one of our friendly Leaders. At your very first meeting, an experienced Leader will sit you down one-on-one to take you through a 10 minute 'Getting Started Session' to explain the ProPoints Plan basics and answer any questions you might have. |
Set your weight-loss goalAfter the 'Getting Started' session, your Leader will measure your height, help you set your first goal and pop you on the scales for your first weigh-in. Weigh-ins are always confidential, but we bet once you start losing weight, you'll be sharing your good news! |
Tips, guides and informationEach week after weighing-in, you'll get a ProPoints programme book for you to take home and read in your own time (you'll get an orange folder in your first week to keep programme books). You'll also receive a free 'My Week' magazine with recipes, slimmer stories, fitness ideas and cooking tips. |
Take a seatPull up a chair and get comfy for a 30 minute chat about a different weight-loss topic each week. It's like a dinner party and the Leader is the host. Feel free to share your personal triumphs, challenges, weight-loss tips and gather new ideas from other members and your Leader. It's a supportive and positive environment to share, celebrate and learn.

Any questions?After the Meeting you can ask your Leader questions or get advice on areas you might need help with. You can also purchase Weight Watchers snack foods and products like Weight Watchers Choc Crisp Bars, Weight Watchers Magazine or Weight Watchers Kitchen Scales at a discounted Member's price. |
See you next weekFollow the plan, stick to your ProPoints budget and we'll see you next week. You'll have a follow up 'Getting Started' session with your Leader, weigh-in and meeting.
