Our food philosophy is based on ‘everything in moderation’ as that’s the key to sticking with a realistic weight loss program. You don’t have to give up carbs, dairy, sugar or fat on our ProPoints Plan. Instead you’ll learn how healthy eating incorporates all the food groups.       Weight Watchers meetings are a friendly and supportive place where it’s all about you. All our Leaders have lost weight on our program, so they have personal weight-loss tips and ideas to share. You can attend group meetings at a convenient location near you, or one of our Leaders can come to your workplace each week.

        If you have a busy schedule that often changes or simply prefer personal support, consider our 1 on 1 options. You can book weekly meetings with a Leader at one of our Lifestyle Centres a time that suits you, or follow the Program from the comfort of your home. One of our At Home Consultants will phone you to chat about your week and record your progress at a time that suits you.

          Lose weight in your own time with our online program

          Weight Watchers Online gives you the weight-loss tools you need to lose weight without going to meetings. You can log in to our subscriber website to access our program guides, meal plans, thousands of recipes and more. You can also sync your FitBit with our Plan Manager. At your fingertips is our online community for 24/7 support and you’ll have full access to our mobile apps, so you can keep on Track and motivated whenever you need it.

            Lose up to 1kg per week

            Once you join Weight Watchers, you’ll pick a realistic goal weight within your healthy weight range based on the Body Mass Index (BMI).
