Ingredients

100 g caster sugar
|
|
2 whole whole egg
|
|
60 g egg white, (2 egg whites)
|
|
|
1/4 tsp (s) Master Foods Allspice Ground
|
|
1 3/4 cup (s) skim milk, (425ml)
|
|
|
8 tsp (s) Nescafe Instant Coffee Instant Coffee, disolved in 1 cup (250ml) boiling water

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Arrange 8 custard cups or small ramekins (approx. 100ml capacity) in a large deep roasting pan.
- Whisk sugar, eggs, egg whites, allspice and a pinch of salt in a large bowl. Stir in milk and coffee, then transfer to a jug and pour mixture into custard cups.
- Place custards in roasting pan in oven and pour enough boiling water into pan to come half way up sides of custard cups.
- Bake until a knife inserted in centre of custards comes out clean, about 40 minutes. Remove from roasting pan and cool on a rack at room temperature. Cover and refrigerate custards with foil and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Serve with a dollop of reduced fat cream if your Points allowance allows.
Notes- The uncooked custard can be made 1 day in advance and stored in an airtight container.
