Not Moroccan enough for me. Could have had lots more flavour by adding (some or all of) harissa, garlic, ginger, cumin, tumeric, coriander, lemon. Small size serving so not too filling. Next time I will add the extra spices, lemon, butternut pumpkin, chickpeas. Use less apricots and add raisins with slivered almonds instead of whole. Worked these ingredients out in the recipe builder and it ended up as 8 points without couscous. I think it would be a far more filling meal this way.
