Great weeknight dinner, super quick & enjoyed by the whole family. I had hokkien noodles in the cupboard so used them (and cut down a couple points), will be making again.
I used Hokkien noodles and also seperated into portion sizes and froze them. They froze well.
Tastes like the chicken noodle soup I have been imaging. Very filling.
Instead of shallots I used peas and broccoli. Its the kinda recipe that works with anything.
