Delishes quick and satisfying! Added a squeeze more lemon after plating
This is by far one of my favourite weight watchers meals. I sometimes change it up by adding marinara mix instead of just salmon and spinach instead of asparagus. Its light and filling and tastes fabulous. Love, Love, Love it!
Yumm, next time I'm going to add some greens such as snow peas. Really filling.
About 44g/45g dry pasta cooks up to approx 110g boiled pasta. Not a lot of pasta for 2 people for a main meal let alone 4 for an entree!! And one medium salmon fillet: weight? So no, I won't be trying it.
