Mountain Bread Nachos

Ingredients

2 x Corn Mountain Bread
3 Tbls of salsa
1 Tbls of WW sour cream
1 slice of Kraft free cheese


Instructions

Cut the 2 lots of mountain bread into triangles, so they look like corn chips. Put them on an oven tray and sprinkle with some salt. Cook until brown (keep an eye on them as they cook fast and may burn if not watched!)
Once they are cooked and crisp, put them into a bowl and add salsa on top. Put cheese on top (either tear up or keep as a full slice) and put in the microwave until cheese has melted. (not long) then add sour cream and enjoy!!!


Notes

You could add some kidney beans or mexican beans, chicken or anything to it. Just remember to include the points ;)
