Hi there
I find the most filling thing to have from mcdonaldsd, and value for points would be a fillet-o-fish for 5.5pts..........plus maybe an apple bag? If you have a snack wrap etc it wont feel you, almost guranteed.
enjoy!

I reckon a seared tandoori deli choice wrap, at 5 points is the most filling thing i reckon, and really yummy.

Or for approx 8.5 points you can get a red rooster skin free wrap and small vegie pack... That always fills me up and is really tasty...

The seared chicken fillet classic burger is 5 points, 6 mcnuggets are 4.5, sweet chili chicken wrap is 6 points. These are all Mcdonalds products.
