I have just done my first body pump class in 4 months! (ouch) but not sure how many points to allocate?

I am back to beginners weights because it has been so long (frustrating) so even though I feel like I worked out the weight load was fairly light - any ideas?

I do body pump and i class it depending on how intense it is each class as all instructors push you differently.
Sweating for most and maximum heart beat is high workout or if you only feel it for say 1/2 i would split it evenly.

I allocate 3 bonus points for a session of pump (I am 62kg) - but I have been doing it for months and push myself quite hard.. gosh the new lunge track is a killer!

Thank you guys - I allocated 1.5 because as I said I am almost back to beginners weights, hopefully I will be back to where I was soon. I think all lunge tracks are horrible - what release did you mean?

The newest one (sorry don't know the number).. they have some squats in the lunge track as well, to pre-fatigue the quads I guess.. really gets the heart rate up!

Ikis84 - I am curious how u get 3 points for pump? Even if i put 50 minutes vigourous or heavy body building (so not counting abs and cool down/stretch) I only get 2.5 points and I weigh 76kg?
Cheers

Mean't to add re: heartrate - even though yr heart rate does rise in pump it is only for brief periods - there are only 3 tracks where my heart rate rises significantly - squats, back (during clean n press) and lunges. Its hard to get yr heart rate up in any of the tracks when u r lying down even if you have lots of weight (say chest track wehre I do 8.75kg each side doesn't do it).
Even though i'm stuffed at the end of pump my average heart rate is never higher than 110 (I stop my HRM it before ab track).

Well, I hardly eat my exercise points anyway (except for intense cardio sessions when I need something more). Haven't used a heart rate monitor before, I just go by my perceived exhaustion - so; moderate is talking but not being able to sing, and high is talking a little. I figure that most of it is moderate and 10-15minutes of it is high, which comes out as 3 on my points finder for exercise (which is a few years old now, not sure if they have changed them or not).
