Hello everyone first look at your message board.
What is Boot Camp Please.
Has anyone tips for exercing for a lazy 70year old who is well but needs some inspiration.

Hi
Bootcamp is group exercising and a very high intensity. It involves running, lifts etc and is usually done outdoors.
Walking is a great form of exercise as is bike riding and swimming. If you are looking for something low impact then id also recommend aqua aerobics (have tried it and it was fun). Good luck

Aqua aerobics is great as it's fun, low impact on joints and easy to adjust to different fitness levels. You might make some friends, too :D

I find walking boring... but walking is an easy way to get moving!
