Stick with it and perservere. It does get easy and you will grow to love it and how it makes you feel if you don't stop doing it.
Walk to the shops
Stay active
No long periods of sitting
Use hand weights while watching TV
Do something with a friend
Hire a treadmill or exercise bike (or buy) and watch TV while doing it - or use an ipod.
Like the Nike ad says "Just do it".

Hey
Welcome back! I suggest just small changes to start with, begin by walking, best place to start. Then after a couple of weeks if you are feeling up to something abit more challenging there are a huge number of really excellent exercise DVD's you can get now days. I started with walking and am now doing Jillian Michaels (from the biggest looser) fitness dvds, gives you so much more points for 20mins of working out than walking. I recommend 30 day shred. Especially at this time of year when the weather isn't the best! Good Luck! remember small achievable steps and work your way up!
