Hi Nat,

So glad that your hubby is ok. It can be awfully frightening when a loved one has health issues. Thank you for your encouragement yesterday. I agree, five weeks is nothing. It will fly and like you say, only I can control this. You guys are great support though.
Bec, I feel your pain having a gain :) Back on the wagon this week aye.
Beth, weekends are my struggle time too. I WI on Wednesdays and I find that my points intake Thursday and Friday will determine my success over the weekend. Basically if I start the week well, I survive the weekend.
So far I have started this week well. 20 pts exactly yesterday plus I earnt some bonus exercise points. Today is scoping up well. Have had a few temptations but have my wedding in mind big time!

Dani, by the way congrats on your loss. Wow, you are so close to goal, thats so great. I bet you are feeling amazing.

Well ladies, enjoy your Friday and I will be in touch soon.

Kirsty

Hi Nat and Kirsty

Glad to hear your husband is OK Nat.

Kirsty - I weigh in on Mondays and so I find that helps me be more focused on the weekends because i KNOW that weigh in is Monday and I will have to face up to what I have eaten on the scales!

Today is looking good - I am out for japanese at lunch time, so think thats OK for healthy choices.....tonight doing a bbq with my husband and having a quiet one...this day cannot end soon enough - i am hanging out for the weekend!!!!

Will chat later!

Hi ladies :)

Nat great news about your hubby - hope he's 100% in no time.

Kirsty I know what you mean about weekends - btu i find that even if i'm good leading up to the weekend i still wake up saturday and throw it all in! This weekend I should be able to control though - Saturday is low key cleaning at home and sunday heading back to my folks for a roast. Mum has been doing WW too so hopefully it's all point friendly.

Bec I used to WI on monday's too - but changed for the challenge. I am thinking of swapping back to Monday's as I do remember it made you second think that extra snack or extra glass of wine over the weekend...

Have a great weekend ladies - think I'll check in here on both sat and sun to help keep my motivation levels up :)

xx

Thanks everyone.
What about if we change our wi to Mondays for August?? Might give us some new motivation and encouage correct eating/exercising over the weekend. Why don't we do a Kirsty's wedding countdown challenge? For those of you who don't know Kirsty got us together for the first challenge - Kirsty's dream holiday challenge for memory?? That was 12 months ago!

Wow! I didn't know Kirsty was the initiator - awesome! Love the idea - would be great for us to all rally behind our bride before she walks the alter!!

(And it's a perfect countdown to when I set sail for euro too, which gives me double the reason to work hard!)

Great idea!

Hi Everyone,

So glad to hear everything is ok with the hubby Nat!! Very good news.

And definitely like the idea of the Monday weigh in and the challenge for Kirsty's wedding :) Count me in!

I have still done no exercise all week, so tired and just out of sorts, going to attempt again this afternoon to go but will see what happens not going to beat myself up too much assuming my body knows best! It is frustrating though I must say!

Will try and check in over the weekend too. My boy's ex-wife has again ruined part of our weekend together, honestly I could strangle the woman I tell you! So home alone tonight might try and get stuck into some uni work finally.

Have a great day everyone

Dani

Hey ladies, this is the first chance I've had to get onto the net today.
I trust you are all doing well.
The new challenge sounds great. I'll still officially weigh in on Thursdays but will let you all know on Monday what I'm at.
Have a great evening, I'll chat more over the weekend.
