Morning all,
I think this phoenix is struggling to regain flight at the moment. I haven't weighed myself today yet, but am not holding out much hope of a loss.
I shall endeavour to keep to points over the weekend. That is one of my biggest challenges. Having roast chicken (no skin for me) should make it easier on Sunday.

Morning Val...
Hang in there! You never know you might get a slight loss!!
It is a bit hard at the moment to get motivation. After my melt down yesterday I am pleased to say I am back on track! So far- touch wood!! Stayed well within my points. This weekend a group of friends are all going up to Phillip Island- so I hope I can stay on track. If we go out for dinner I'll just have steak or tomatoe based pasta. And these days after 1 glass of wine I'm already tipsy.. so no need to go over there! ha ha
Paula- good luck with your first training!! I think I will talk to my leader about it next week- going to miss this weeks meeting because we are away. Shame I really enjoy going to meetings!
I can't wait for summer!! or spring!! Just sun in general really!!
