Hi,
I use the wii fit. I especially like the aerobic excercises like boxing, step, hula hoop. I also do some of the Training excercises like cycling.
I'm very unfit and un-coordinated so it is still a challenge for me, but other people sometimes write on the boards that it's too easy.

I bought a Wii fit to get some exercise during winter. I used it lots at first and loved it but didn't take advantage of the different exercises and I was still walking outdoors a lot. I am back into it now and enjoying free stepping while watching television and boxing.
It was expensive but worth it for me.

Wii Fit is great, but Wii Active is AWESOME!!
Wii Active has lots of different workouts you can do, plus different levels of workout and if you get the Wii Active More Workouts version (newest) they have a step routine! I use that one alot, I love step but am too uncordinated to do it in a class so to be able to do it at home without anyone watching is great.
Wii active has lots of activies, like scating, boxing, tennis, resitance exersises (comes with resitance bands), dancing, step - you name it. And what I liked the most about it was that it has a continuous lot of exerises, so you dont have to stop between each exersise and navigate a menu which i found was the case on the Wii Fit.
Definately recomend Wii Active!! Best thing is that its a bit cheaper than the balance board, and you dont need to have the balance board to play it :)
