Does anyone know the pts? or cal/kj of these rolls. Just the bread its self not the fillings.
They come in small and large/ish

i count the bread as 3 for these - its essentially a long white breadroll. One of the places i go to uses french sticks cut into single serves and i count these as 3 as well.
i get one with steamed chicken and veg in it and i count the filling as 2.5 - its about 50g chicken breast and then 0 point veg and i opt for no mayo.
