Morning everyone,

Lou, sorry to say luv but its more like the pain you may feel 2days after the session. I really miss that kind of paid because it was so fullfilling. You have got me thinking how I can get a couple of pt sessions in. May have to do some sweet talking to my mum.

Got a great nights sleep last night and DS didn't wake once. Hopefully work is better than it was on Tuesday and I dont tick anyone off.

Dont know about anyone else but I am really hanging out for daylight savings. At least then it will be warmer and I will have time after work to go for a walk with DS.

Have a great day everone.

Morning!

Lisa, sounds like a good night was had by all finally. That will help make work a bit easier today. Living in Qld we don't get daylight saving but we certainly still make the most of the long daylight hours. It's still raining here too but the temperature is the warmest it's been for a while, very mild.

How are the muscles Lou? What sort of things did you do with your PT? A couple of our friends run their own PT studio. We have told the wife we are not coming to her after listening to the pain she puts her clients thru. They have just got back from almost 3 weeks away and the husband put on 6kgs in that time, just goes to show no one is immune to holiay weight gain.

Big day in the office for me today so not much movement. Hoping the rain eases at some stage to get a walk in. I miss Liz telling me to grab an umbrella and toughen up!

July is almost over. Anyone set any goals for our Spring strip?

Have a great day ladies!

Morning ladies

Lisa, a good night sleep how exciting!!! :-) Im also hanging out for daylight savings... Will help with my horse as I wont have to rush out off work so fast to be out in the paddock before the dark. But Im not complaining as in a week Ill be enjoying late summer night in France hehe

Erica, hope the weather eases a little and you get to have your walk. Although I do run in the rain, and without an umbrella :-p But do not have to go back to work afterwards looking like a wet sorry cat

I have my goal all set up for next month... Id like to stay at +/-500g of whatever weight my scale will be showing at next WI (Tuesday). It should be a tough one!

Cheers
Marie

Gah thanks Erica...I keep missing the threads...I blame work being stressful hehe
Had a shocker of a day and ended up in tears in the car on the way home - Chris is away for work tonight so I went to Mum's...she was very glad to hear I still need my mummy sometimes :)
Unfortunately dinner was not my choice - tortellini with a cream based sauce and garlic bread which my beautiful brother cooked as he served it he said 'I didn't use oil just for you Lou' lol how sweet...so points are over today BUT it could have been worse and I feel much better after spending time with my family.

I hate to admit that ur right Lisa....my legs are so sore - no exercise bike tonight and am dreading waking up to the pain tomorrow hehe Erica I did boxing, ab work and 'imagine ur sitting on a chair' as my PT called it...felt like a doofus sticking my but out and squatting...OUCH!

Talk soon Lou xo

haha Lou, its all good pain. Its horrible when you have a bad day at work. Very difficult to turn off but exercise certianly used to help me get rid of all that stress.

Work today was awesome for me. I got heaps done and felt really focused and productive. Kynan is on the mend so all set for a good nights sleep. Mum cleaned the house for me yesterday so nothing but a bit of washing to do tomorrow and some shopping.

Marie I am starting to get excited for you going home and just a little bit jealous - hehe.

Sarah, havn't heard from you for awhile. Hope everything is ok - big hugs from me & DS.

Weekend starts for me tomorrow and so looking forward to it.
