WWW - stands for Wine Walking and Water!

This is a small group that has been together throughout most of 2009. Most recently we were being April Wise, having MAYjor Motivation and getting rid of all our excess kilo's in an end of financial year sale! Now as WWW we will be watching our wine intake, and upping the walking and the water.

This new challenge starts on Thursday 1st July, ending on 31st July.

Feel free to set yourself a challenge for the month.

Morning all,
Mel great news on losing another 0.4g! It must feel good to have finally broken that plateau.

Well, not much news for me. got up and ran this morning. Weighed myself and still 62kg, so ice cream hasn't done any damage yet. Today I should be able to pay back the rest of my points.

Morning All,

Ditto lucy - well done mel!!! good on you - so very rewarding to see the scales move in positive direction!

Lucy - also well done to you on having a plan!

Not a lot to report with me either, got called from work yesterday to collect sick child, felt like was chasing my tail for rest of the day - didnt get any exercise in!

Food shopping day today, then work this pm - just planning points for day and ww meals for the week!

Thanx guys, I think planning what you intend on eating helps, that way you have at least thought about the points value that way if it doesn't work out you can adjust on the go...

My mum thinks I should just not eat this week only drink and exercise to lose my 600g... I am getting at least 3-4inch cut of my hair so I am hoping that makes a difference.

I think I have had Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdayitis too!

Completely lost focus again. Trying to get myself back on track, so I can have a good August - at least there are no holidays that month.

Okay, missed WI again today and hopped on the scales in the middle of the day today - oh boy - serious gain month coming up, I think.

Where has my motivation long (perhaps it's in the toe of your boot Poppy?)

MUST track.

MUST drink water.

Must get some will power!!

At least you all are travelling well to help inspire me!

Going to get some water ...

Still around went to a fantastic "French Night" last night.
