Hi everyone,

I started my quest to lose 15kg through WW online yesterday. I was so keen, I even took my dog for a walk in the cold dark and rainy night after my husband got home and took over looking after the kids. Today I usually take my 3 year old to storytime at the library - I have decided we are going to walk there and back. I don't know how far it is, but it is a long way. Wish me luck!!!

I have lost 10kg through WW online before, so know this can work for me.

Hope you all have a happy and successful weight loss day!!

Hi there,
Wishing you all the luck but with great attitude as you have, it should not be a problem. Just be constant and motivated is what will lose the kilos.
Good luck

Hello Maryloo,

Yes you can keep it up, if you plan and track all you eat and drink it works. Eat up to your points and count your exercise points... It is hard to exercise with kids, I have to exercise when my hubby is home with the kids too.

Good Luck you will get there.

try the positive thinking thing. Instead of "can I keep it up???" say starting strong, keeping strong. When you have a bad day, as you will, look at how far you have come, where you want to go and where you will go if you give up on yourself. Good luck. Change your thinking, instead of "i cant run" "i'm learning to run" instead of "im unfit" "I'm changing into a more active person" I think most overweight people are very "negative" thinkers.
Good luck.
