Good morning everyone!
This is a new challenge to lose around 4kgs by October. All are welcome.

Can everyone add their weigh in day after your weight.
I've had a good start to the day with an early pump class - now I've just got to make sure I get the food part right!
I'm a bit worried about the weekend - it's a very busy one socially. Out for dinner both nights, out for lunch on Sat and out for breakfast on Sunday. My plan is to have very small portions, go easy on the wine, no dessert, and have a cup of zero soup before I go out. Hopefully I can get through it all without a gain!
B - porridge, skim, strawberries (3.5)
S - coffee, pear (2)
L - ham and salad sandwich (4)
D - roast lamb with roast vegs, steamed beans (8)
Exercise - pump class
I hope everyone has a great day. I can't make it on here everyday so feel free to start the thread!

Hi, I'd like to join this challenge please.
My CW is 68.7
I have lost all my weight this year and have now managed to put it back on in a matter of weeks. I need to loose 5 kgs and then think seriously about what my susatinable GW is.
Out to big dinner tonight so worried, but did get up at 5.15 to make it to the gym!

Oops sorry, weigh in day is Wednesday but I'll be 4WD in the Kimberleys for a week and a bit starting Monday so I'm hoping I can stay active and watch portion sizes!

Well a reasonable day for me, ate within my points but I haven't exercised YET, the cross trainer is calling me but I'm pretending I can't hear...

I'm nervous about tomorrows wi as it hasn't been a week but I wanted to try and change my days around so I have more time to compensate for the weekend. I don't know if it will work but worth a go.
Littlecreatures - sounds like a great plan you are half way there already! I haven't tried the zero points soup as yet - any recommendations?
Anyway, time to exercise.

1 hr exercise today so feeling good. Meals have been on track so far today too - I will be good tonight to keep in up for the entire day!!
