I weigh in Saturday mornings at 9am and I was wondering what do you normally eat the day and night before your weigh in day?
I have found that not eating rice 2 days before and carbs the night before have definitely helped me. Fridays are usually my semi bad days so I am finding it difficult to keep up the momentum and motivation.
I usually drink about 3L of water every day.
Any tips will be great!

Hi,
I don't really do much different the day before WI, I do try and stay away from salty foods though as I find I don't have as sucessful WI the next day.

I dont eat or do anything different to any other day. I might start avoiding high in salt foods though now it has been mentioned to make sure I dont retain water.

I've heard avoiding carbonated drinks can help too

If you're doing the program and tracking points then it really shouldn't matter what you're eating before weigh-in. Are you trying to make up for poor choices during the other parts of the week maybe?

Those of us who have been here for a long time definitely have rituals we have shared in the past some very weird Il'l admit.I definitely would not decide to eat all my saved exercise points the night before that's for sure. And I definitely wouldn't go out on the town as alcohol stays in my system for at least 2 days after I drink. I also weigh heavier after eating spaghetti or rice the night before.I have also found it is more important to stop eating and drinking for 3 or 4 hours prior to WI,and of course wear similar clothes.

When I was training to be a weigher I used to weigh in at 11 am as we needed to be there 30 minutes before the meeting started. One morning I weighed myself again at 12.30pm and I was 300g lighter than 11am! I now get to my WI as late as I can!

Hey I have the same problem!! I weigh in at 8am on a Saturday and I am always heavier on a Sat morning then a Friday. I usually have a big dinner Friday night so maybe that is why. So annoying!!

I too weigh in at 8am on a sat and today I weighed .8 heavier then yesterday, and my scales weigh me the same weight as the weight watchers ones. Very dissapointing when I only lost .1 and have been perfect all week

Remember all WW-ers..they're just numbers on the scale - if you're doing the right thing it will show on your body and clothes regardless of all this up and down on the scales business (but only if you truly are doing the right thing :)
