Become a Weight Watchers Leader and share your success with others. We are always looking for inspiring and motivating people to work with us to help our members change their lives for the better! If you are a Lifetime member, you know what it’s like get to your Goal weight and achieve success with Weight Watchers. Our Leaders come from all walks of life and they all agree that its one of the most rewarding and satisfying jobs you can have. In our most recent Leader survey, 98% of those who replied said they enjoyed their job. Being a Leader is a very flexible and highly rewarding job. We have opportunities both for Leaders who want to take many meetings a week and for those who only want or are only able right now to take two a week. If you have other commitments, such as caring for children, you will find real flexibility working with Weight Watchers. There are meetings both in the community and in our successful At Work program which operates in companies right across Australia and New Zealand.
